AIComby Studio did not grow out of a fascination with technology. It grew out of a long-standing curiosity about what happens behind the screen.
Long before artificial intelligence entered the conversation, work became increasingly structured by software, systems and digital workflows. Efficiency improved. Automation promised relief.
But gradually, a different pattern became visible. Not in reports or research. In the people around me. And in myself.
- More checking.
- More explaining.
- More invisible mental load.
Capable people who were not struggling because they lacked knowledge. They were compensating for systems that did not support how people actually think and work.
AIComby Studio exists from a different belief:

- ✦ Clarity should reduce pressure, not increase it.
Where this comes from
AIComby Studio is built on more than 25 years of experience across Payroll, HR and Finance.
The foundation was laid in data entry roles during the early years of digital transition, where the mechanics behind systems were visible every day. From there, the work expanded into broader roles across Payroll, HR and Finance, including leadership positions and system-related projects.
Across organisations and countries, one question kept returning:
- What happens after data is entered?
- How is it processed?
- What assumptions are applied?
- What context disappears?
- What interpretation is added?
Again and again, one pattern became clear:
When the layer behind the screen is unclear or rigid, professionals end up carrying the complexity themselves.
They double-check outputs. They add verbal context. They keep parallel notes.
Not because systems fail entirely, but because systems rarely adapt to how people actually work.
I know what this feels like. After a full day of work, you go home with the feeling that you got nothing done. Not because you were lazy or slow. Because you spent your day compensating for systems that were not built around you.
That feeling does not stay at the office. It follows you home. And over time, it costs more than just productivity. This is not a theoretical observation, it is a deeply personal one.
Since 2012, I have been living and working in Spain, first in Granada, now in the province of Alicante. Working within Spanish administrative and regulatory environments has deepened my understanding of how systems operate in the real world, not in theory.
That is why I started building solutions that do the heavy lifting instead.
Why AI, and why now
Artificial Intelligence offers something different.
Not speed for the sake of speed. Not automation purely for cost reduction.
But the possibility to build solutions that adapt to people, instead of requiring people to constantly adapt to them.
When designed with care, AI can take over the repetitive, time-consuming preparation work. It can make sure that information is ready before it reaches the professional. So that conversations start from clarity instead of confusion.
AIComby Studio applies AI in exactly that way:
- Not to replace professionals.
- Not to optimise them away.
- But to clear the noise, so that expertise can do what it is meant to do.
What AIComby Studio does
AIComby Studio builds solutions for accounting and administrative environments that take over the work that gets in the way.
Each solution works like a hive: many small, specialised layers that quietly organise information before it reaches the professional.
Not all at once, but modularly. Each engine focuses on one specific layer, preparation, clarification, or structured context transfer.
The first application, the Fiscal Expectation & Decision Engine, focuses on the recurring questions and uncertainties that come up at the start of every client conversation around taxes and fiscal obligations for freelancers and autónomos in Spain. This is a practical starting point, not a limitation.
Over time, additional engines will expand into broader financial and administrative environments.
What stays constant is the underlying idea:
When solutions carry the weight they are suited for, conversations change.
They become:
- Calmer.
- More focused.
- More realistic.
And when work feels lighter, you notice it at home too.
